Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
